Coffee maker is in Tucson, so hopefully I'll get it today.

The coffee status was finally updated. Five days after leaving California, it arrived in...of all places...Wisconsin. The estimated delivery date went from yesterday to next Thursday. Grrrr.

I was talking to a guy at work yesterday about smoke detectors, and we both wondered why they didn't make any that would charge a rechargeable battery and make it so that you don't have to replace batteries. I looked around and didn't find any...until this morning. Kidde makes one. Punks. I was going to make millions. :( :D

I guess that the ~140 espresso pods that I have left will get me through the weekend. :)

Unknown to me, the coffee maker came with a 10-pack of different pods. Sweet! Plus, not getting the other coffee isn't so bad because I bought the adapter that will let me use the k-cups that I have. It's just that I don't know where to buy Vue pods around here and was looking forward to comparing the same Starbucks variety with the k-cup and Vue brewers to check the difference. Oh, well. Won't be too long before it gets here.

STRONG COFFEE lol. Seriously, I looked for a different pic because I saw that one miles off too. I've been using this type for almost 3 years and as long as you provide good coffee, it works perfectly fine and is only $21. Liked it so much, I recently bought a second one to replace an older version that cracked (the clever coffee brewer, don't buy that one).
