I read all the help info and still am not 100% sure on what i am exactly doing.
A sticky would be great......

1) how do I know what a good output looks like?
2) also the size of the rectangle port is not exactly clear either.
i have some other questions but cant remeber the main thing is that I want to be able to understand this program better and be able to use it with good results.

If anyone has any ideas or links to using the program which expain a little better then the help I would appreciate it.

thanks

Andrew wrote a nice tutorial linked above.

FR is what you care about most. It should be as flat as possible for your desired range.
