You don't have enough required posts to create a new thread.

Indeed, I cannot post in the Deals section. It tells me I lack the post count. I think a mod/admin stated it takes 500 posts to make a Deals thread and then has to be approved before it shows up.

I was able to sell my Zune with under 100 (25 Req'd) posts in classifieds but I cannot share a good deal. I also do not wish to make a ton of "pad" posts to do it, thus my wish in the original post to have it moved to Deals if a mod sees this.


However all this has been made moot seeing as the "combo" was removed by newegg like I knew it would be. Rarely are there combos nice enough to not only give you a free hard drive but 10$ off your purchase, the other 10$ off was just cake.

Now did anyone else get one in time? They had mine packed and shipped in under 3 hours.

Update:

They didn't remove the combo for the smaller cache size version, however it will come out to 109.99$ instead of 99.

I am very annoyed that I missed the combo. It would have been perfect. A friend of mine needs an external drive and I need a 2 TB internal drive.

Oh well. I got the 2 TB bare drive for $99. That's still a good deal.
