Wall Mount Center Speaker without Stud

The way my living room is coming together the center of the wall where the TV will be mounted has a stud in the center so I can't mount either of the arms to hold the speaker to it. Luckily I can offset the TV mount using the two adjacent studs. Speaker not so much (Mount http://a.co/5RA49nK )

The speaker is the SVS Ultra Center (31lbs)

Do you think just using dry wall and Snap Toogle Bolts will hold everything up? The rating on these with dry was alone is very high. ( https://www.lowes.com/pd/TOGGLER-10-Pack-1-4-in-x-2-1-2-in-Toggle-Bolts/3183831) (http://www.toggler.com/products/snaptoggle/overview.php)

Use a full shelf that contacts studs? Use the extra space for other items.

Thanks for the input. Now I have the same question for a TV.
