I can't seem to connect to Netfilx with my new player. I'm good with the munu advances up to and including my tv screen displaying that the player recognizes the 2Wire Gateway modem @ full signal strength. The next step is to enter my "Passcode" , as the network is password protected (illustrated by a Lock icon). My question, is this step looking for the encryption code on the modem itself? I tried typing it in but get a message that connection failed.
What gives?
