I just wanted to thank all of you for your help.
I am now a proud owner of a Denon 2106
NOw I am lookng for a good sub woofer The Denon dealed suggested
Boston Acoustics PV700 they felt this was such a good speaker they offered to give it to me free to try in my house. Is this speaker good ? Worth $500 ??
Any opinions are welcome.

The Earthquake SuperNova 10 is $500. VERY good sub. You can also sometimes get a Def Tech Supercube III for that price. The Def Tech is amazingly good for its size, it uses passive radiators instead of ports, so there is no "chuffing", yet its still able to get extremely loud for a 10" cube
