For all you tech savvy persons(I am not):(,here is my quandry.
I currently run a wired router for my receiver,ps3,and computer.
I chose this set-up for its reliability.
We recently purchased an I-pad 2 for my son which needs a wireless connection to access wi-fi.
Is there anyway I can run both simultaneously?
My modem is from time warner cable and the router is a d-link.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,Len

You'd need ether a) to change your router to wifi router and use it for both networks or b) just keep your router and add a WiFi Access point like this one:
Newegg.com - D-Link DAP-1522 Wireless Gigabit Bridge/Access Point Xtreme N 2.4/ 5GHz Selectable Dual Band / Optimized for HD Video Streaming 802.11b/g/n

It depends on how nice your router is an how much you invested in it. I had a nice wired router and when I wanted to add wireless I did not want to get rid of the router so an access point was the best choice for me.

Set up was a breeze, works like a charm.
More importantly though,it got my son and wife off my back:D
