SVS amp making noise

Just built a new subwoofer setup with a dayton audio sub and used my old svs sledge amp from a pb12-nsd. I bought one a while back and the amp made a weird screetch noise when amp turned off, i got a new one under warranty but they never asked for the old one back so i held onto it, amp works great but just makes that noise when it shuts off. Just curious what it could be and if it could be damaging my speaker. i may need to try to somehow make a audio clip or video of it and post it

The click is me shutting the switch off then you hear that high-pitched sound

Contacted svs they said amp can’t be fixed but won’t damage the driver
