I installed one of those for a customer earlier this year- works great, priced right.
I personally use Niles, but they're probably made in same factory.

I haven't checked prices in awhile so they could be way out of the price range of the OP, but I've loved my Russound and the Adcom speaker selectors have worked pretty well also.
