Can anyone tell me how to reset the 963? The unit was disconnected for a time and when reconnected, I have no video output from any input source. The audio is fine, but no video including OSD. I need the OSD for system set up. With some other SN units reset is achieved by pressing the Tone Mode & Room 2 buttons simultaneously. Doesn't seem to work on the 963, though.

To successfully reset these receivers you need to start with the unit in the Standby Mode. To put
the unit in the standby mode simply press the standby button when the unit is On or unplug the
power cord from 120V AC and then plug it back in. Once in Standby Mode, press and hold
down the STANDBY & MEMO/ENTER buttons simultaneously for at least 3 seconds. This
will reset the unit. After you have reset this unit turn it back on. You should notice that the receiver
powers up at 87.5 FM if the reset was successful. If not, repeat the reset process.
