This is the best sounding processor I have ever heard in my life (which is why I have 2, see my other auction on Ebay). This model is generation 2 and has 4 HDMI inputs, rather than 2. Selling because I am trying to switch back to 2-channel from surround. Warranty non-transferable, but the unit works perfectly and flawlessly. Totem Acoustics Tribe 5 "on wall" speakers in gloss black finish. I have THREE Totem Tribe V speakers for sale here. They are in pristine physical condition and immaculate working order. These speakers have been used very lightly in a smoke-free, pet-free home. I am selling them because I am switching to 2-channel, floor-standing speakers.
