Replacing Denon 1909

Currently have Denon 1909 for about 9 years now. Gonna replace it, having little issues.
My choices are:
Pioneer Elite vsx-45
Pioneer Elite vsx-90
Yamaha Rx v679
any thoughts?

Just have 5.1, have no intention of adding other speakers, let alone in my ceiling, (hence no Dolby Atmos). Do not watch Blu-Rays anymore (use Kodi for movies now). Netflix, and regular TV.....

Thanks.

No opinion on those, just curious if there's a particular reason that those are the only consideration. What about the Denon 1909 is driving a desire to upgrade? When you say "little issues" we don't know if the unit is failing or just some compatibility problem with the Kodi processing. I know nothing about that, Blu-Ray is rather ubiquitous these days and quite good.

Is there a budget, and are you considering new only or would you look at open box, refurbished or recently obsoleted models?

I have a VSX-90. It performs just fine with one exception. That is the streaming feature won't navigate my local area network to get to the music files. Otherwise it is a good value.
