I have Psychoacoustics : Facts and Models by Eberhard Zwicker, this is pretty old now but has great stuff.

A definite must would be "Designing, Building, and Testing Your Own Speaker System" by David B. Weems published by McGraw Hill. This is an excellent book of real life lessons and help with actual projects.
