I have decided to go back to school. A local community college has a well regarded culinary arts program, so I'm going to register. Classes required include; English comp and math. I'm pooing the proverbial brick.

It's nice to go back to school for something you like to do.

Congrats!

If its any comfort, I personally found it easier to go back to school than actually getting the job done the first time around. I was more interested/focused and actually wanted to be there, and that made all the difference. Good luck!

i did this once. darn thing, every time i unlocked the door the AC would come on full blast. do you know how weird you look climbing in and out of your house through the windows and never using the doors?
