What would you guys recommend to drive these for my L/R 5.1 HT? Thanks.

A receiver alone is probably not a good idea for these speakers. Do you have a budget in mind? How big is your space? What do you plan for the rest of the speaker system?

Either a flagship receiver like the RX-Z9 or AVR-5805 or a nice dedicated amp should be used if you really want to squeeze out the best performance with those speakers.
