May I suggest that you perhaps want to consider 1080p a minimum requirement for this location since you will likely have about a 85-92" diagonal?
How about the Epson 8350?
It's incredibly versatile which makes it somewhat easier to setup and place in the room and has a great zoom range.
From about 8.5' it can throw an image diagonal from 41" (way to small) to 87" (appropriate).
Grey screen, low brightness, and it's still gonna be a smokin' image!
