This player is in excellent condition. It has never refused to play a BD or any DVD for that matter. I am selling it and my Pioneer Elite DV-59AVi DVD (SACD/DVD-Audio-Video) player. I have replaced them with the new OPPO unit. Both function perfectly and include remotes, manuals and an HDMI cable. They will be shipped insured in their original boxes.
