I've received a few questions, so I'll post all my answers here in case anyone has the same ones already asked:
The unit was manufactured in 2014. Not sure exactly when I bought it, but probably around 2015. It was new from Oppo.
I did some searching and found the wireless adapter today, so that is now included. Never used it myself. Remote, power cord, and wireless adapter are all that is included. No original box.
Firmware is current (updated today!).
