Can anyone give some recommendations to assist with on-wall speaker choice? We are building a house and cannot decide on which on-wall speakers to use for our main room and want the speakers that will provide the fullest sound possible while using these newer thin speakers that hopefully sound as good as they look hanging on the wall beside the tv. Our budget is anywhere from $500 to $800 per front, left, and center speakers (trying not spend more than $2500 for all 3). The rooms is an open concept room that is 17 (width) X 16 (depth) with the kitchen behind the listening area and a wall to the left of the listening area and sliding glass doors to the right of the listening area.
The speakers will surround a 65" tv and will be complemented by in-ceiling rear speakers by Def Tech (UIW RCS II). A Polk DSW sub will also be used with the setup. The receiver is an Onkyo TX-SR608 but can be upgraded.
Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
