need help - decision?

I am relatively new to the home audio game and I recently purchased a Yamaha RXV2500/60" Sony sxrd LCD and I am having trouble with Speaker set-up and manufacturer decisions....The room size is approx. 22x17 and I want some good speakers to compliment the system. Both movie watching and music will be the application....any suggestions? Oh, my budget is approx. $2000 for a good set of speakers

Especially if you replace the wharfedale sub with an HSU or SVS sub, that system will really rock.

another system to consider would be to check out the monitor audio Silver RS line, or if you want to go sort of high tech in appearance try the Radius line.
