Looking for decent 2 or 3-way Audio Switchbox

I have been (temporarily) using a cheap Radio Shack 2-way A/V switch (http://www.radioshack.com/search/index.jsp?kwCatId=&kw=15-1982) to alternately feed my Sunfire Amp from either my Squeezebox2/Benchmark DAC (for 2 channel audio) or Yamaha RX-V1000 (for Home Theater). The Rat Shack unit is flimsy, and sometimes noisy, so I've been looking for a higher quality switch (just need RCA audio), preferably with a rotary control. Only one I've found is a 6-way switch from Decware, which looks kinda bulky..http://www.decware.com/newsite/rotary.htm

Anybody know of a smaller 2 or 3-way audio switch, which is decent quality? Fid-Audio used to offer one, but they are no longer in business.

Why not just run your Squeezebox through your receiver?
And leave your receiver connected to the amp.

Well, there was HUGE improvement when I fed the Squeezebox analog out direct to amp, so I'm assumed the Benchmark analog out direct to amp would be ideal. Admittedly I haven't tried the Benchmark analog out to the Yamaha (as pre), and will do so.

Receiver audio switching.

Does that Yamaha receiver have a "Pure Direct" mode? If so, it will turn off the video circuits and eliminate all processing so that your receiver is functioning as an audio switch.

Unfortunately, it's an older unit, with only "processor direct", which only bypasses bass and treble. Hoping to find some time tomorrow to compare different hookups.
