Hey, first post here. I am looking to expand on my home theatre system by adding in a half decent sound system.
Currently I have a 42" Sony BRAVIA HDTV, a PS3, and my laptop, and I have been looking for something that I can use to incorporate all three devices into one system.
Specifically I have been looking at the Onkyo HT-S3300 5.1-Channel Home Theater Receiver and Speaker Package off Amazon, so far it seems to have the best price value for what I can see as almost nothing wrong with it, according to the reviews I have read through. My budget right now is at about 400-500$(US). From what I have read, it seems the biggest drawback with this system is the speakers, but it seems fairly simple for me to just upgrade to a speaker set that is of better quality, once I can afford to do that.
Basically, TL;DR... I have the Visual set for my system, and I'm looking for a reasonably priced, well made Audio system to compliment it. Thoughts?
