Looking for Athletic activities in the Flagstaff area

Looking for ideas and mainly good places!
I am with my 15 YO daughter. She is pretty athletic and I left a day open in our agenda.
Looking for stuff liking Mtn. Biking (rental - novice level), kayaking (not white water), trail running.
I can find this stuff on the internet, but don't have any way of knowing the quality of the experience.
Doesn't have to be in Flagstaff proper
Also will be in Vegas Thursday if there are any opportunities (for athletics)

Now, if you were coming to Tucson and wanted to know some good athletic activities, then...I'd still be ignorant. "See, I type on the computer here, but sometimes...sometimes...I sit in the living room with a laptop."
