Hey Guys,
Thought I would say hello and introduce myself. My name is Tim, and I am from West Virginia... Please, no Hillbilly jokes lol! The first time I got hooked was the fall of 1975, a freshman in college. I unexpectedly happened by an audio store and thought I would check it out. From that moment my eyes were opened to the world of audio. Every chance I got I would stop in and dream.
Summer of 1976 I saved up money to buy my first system... Harman Kardon receiver, BIC turntable, and a pair of Advent speakers. The car was packed but I had enough room to stop at the audio store to pick up my first audio system, and as they say, the rest is history.
Fast forward to today... My wife and I are moving into our very first home, and we are wanting to add a nice audio system, something that we will appreciate and enjoy for many years. I will do another post on what equipment we will need.
