I've been eyeballing these for a while. I wonder if anyone has any thoughts on this model. Google was all over the place. There is one thread here on audioholics but I think the op was referring to older Ti Ks and that turned into a cable debate.
Here is the harman ebay listing- JBL TI10K
A pair in real wood shipped for just under $2k.
Any experience with these? Thanks.

I had the opportunity to hear those babies way back when, on a business trip to Europe, at a client's house though.

IMO, they're top notch speakers and IIRC they're made in Denmark and no longer produced. If I were you, I wouldn't think twice though...

Sorry for the late reply. I have a pair and they are absolutely some of the best floorstanding speakers out there. Not particularly bass-heavy, and overall very neutral and articulated. I love mine. Very heavy and awkward to move around though.
