ipod touch/iphone streaming app question

Is there an app that will allow me to stream music from my pc, either via itunes or just by browsing my folders, to my ipod touch via my wireless home network? I just never know what I want to listen to at any given time, so I don't want to have to constantly add stuff to my ipod whenever I have the urge to listen to a particular song/artist.

Looks like I have to buy a $10 app for that to work on the ipod touch... anything else that may be less expensive, or even free?

I'm digging the orb thing, but I can't get it to work with my sprint blackberry curve 8530. Nothing will load in it's media player.

Expect Simplify Media is RIP, so orb maybe your only option
Never tried orb on Bb, I'll ask my manager - he used it before.
For Android phones there a new free app HomePipe

I can't believe itunes doesn't have a steaming feature built in, I know it has home sharing so you can share content with other pc's on the network. They should make it to where you can wirelessly stream your library to your ipod/iphone.

From what I gathered, its a pretty darn nice product, Krzwica here on the forum streams to his Droid all the time, plugs it right into his car....

I downloaded the PC client, but I don't see how to set it up, there is no interface or control panel... how do I setup the server?
