Hearing tones different each ear

Come on now that is being a bit dramatic. There are people with worse things going on that would gladly trade places with you.

If you are worried your usual doctor is missing something more devious, go to a teaching hospital like john hopkins or mayo clinic. A team of specialists will book as many days worth of tests as they feel neccessary and will not let you leave until they find out whats going on and decide a course of action based on their findings. If nothing else, you will come out of their with peace of mind knowing you have it figured out.

I feel so powerless and depressed everyone is ignoring me.
Doctor gave me nose spray that may only be used 5 day's while doctor tells me i should use it 2 times a day for 2 weeks.

listening to music i sudenly get loud beeps for few sec that are verry low then vanish so stopped listening to music again.

Dont known what to do anymore been to doctor 3 times with no result.

Good grief man. Grow some and grow up. This is a audio site not some freaking medical diagnosis center. Go to a ear nose and throat doctor or if you have been see another one, or have your mommy take to to a specialist. Dam there are people dying with cancer and you think your life is filled with drama.
