HD72 vertical shift calculation

I just finished my DIY speakers, and they are outstanding. I say about a $3000 save... Now I need a sanity check.

Now I am mounting the HD72 and 52x92" screen. ProjectorCentral says that screen size requires a 14.5' max throw. The Optoma manual says there is a 6.52 degree vertical offset, so at the max throw the offset is 19.9"? Measured from the top of the image to the center of the lens? And this means no keystone adjustment?

I plan to mount the PJ a little less than max throw and nudge the zoom a little just for safety, and then adjust the vertical mounting height. Say 14' and 19.2" vertical offset.

Thanks for the help.

That is correct. Mount the projector first, then use it to place the screen.
