has anyone bought stereo integrity subs?

This companies site said that every sub is built by the owner in North Carolina. I bought 2 of their HT18 subs and when the boxes came in they were stamped all over the place saying made in china. I emailed the company and did not get a response, however i did check their site and they have since removed that they are assembled by the owner. I tried emailing them again but i have not gotten reply . Has any one else bought these subs? Does anyone know if they were alwayd msde in China or if this is a recent change.

Never heard of them but I did quickly check out their web site. Somehow, I get the feeling that it's geared for auto sound.

For a site that was just put up this year they certainly have a lot of testimonials, none attributed to anyone.

Maybe back when the subs cost more they were assembled in the USA. They are quality drivers and used in tons of builds. You can read a million threads about them on the avs DIY sub forums.

I had seen a bunch of the builds related to this sub. I bought these so i could do the full marty builds. I still plan on building the full marty enclosures, i was just taken back by the description reading that they were assembled by the owner and when i got them in the mail they were stamped made in china all over the place!
