All the expert out there help me choose simply the better Receiver among aove two.
I'm planning to connect my PS3 and Cable box with receiver and have use iPod for Zone2 to listen music.
Main features that I was looking: Pre outs, HDMI 1.4a, 3D, Sound sweet while playing Music at the same time when playing movies it should play all low and high frequency with complete authority. Bass on subwoofer should have punch.

I'm not looking to play my Paradigm setup with it.

This receiver will be playing small Anthony Gallo Nucleus speakers and will be used to play speakers in home to listen music through A-Bus speakers distribution system.

Anything else that you guys can point out among these two receivers will be helpful.

Well you're really nor comparing apples to apples, the Denon has more power, more features, a longer warranty and costs more. The HK is a good receiver in it's rights.

Good point.

If I see, Denon AVR-891 is comparatively priced.

How does this one stand with HK.

I'd go with the Denon for two reasons. Audyssey IMO is much better than HK's EQ system and HK's HDMI is really buggy as it stands right now.
