grooveshark internet radio

My nephew works for these guys. I was wondering in any of you have heard of it or checked it out yet. I am thinking about creating a account but wanted to know if anybody here has tried it yet. I see on the main page it has a option to upload songs not sure what that is.

I was looking for some good radios with my cousin last week, and we found the grooveshark. It has cool songs and stations.
