GIK diffusors

I just noticed GIK has a diffusion product. Has anyone here done before/after ETCs using this product? I was considering building some QRDs out of wood using the math in MHA but for $99 (way cheaper than RPG) it might not be worth my time.

I sent a message to Jason (who designed the GIK diffusers) with this link in it. He's kinda busy with a new baby but he should be along to answer soon hopefully.
