Bought as a factory refresh from A C 4 L. I can't figure out why it was a refurb/refresh. It has performed flawlessly for me and there are 0 visible defects. I was recently offered a great deal on another player, so I bought it, and thus need to get rid of this one.
If you need a player that has excellent video and great sound but don't necessarily need multi-channel capabilities (like I haven't/don't), you'd be hard pressed to beat this player. I've been 100% satisfied with it. I've babied it since I got it and it looks and performs like new.
