Logitech Harmony 890 universal remote.
Comes with:
-all the manuals and software
-charging cradle
-2 IR repeaters
-bunch of wires, sensor sticky pads and sensors for repeaters
- 2 power supplies.
The only two things are missing: USB cable (I used cable for my external hard drive-pretty standard cable) and packaging.

Works fine. Just too many buttons for my old eyes!
