I purchased this as a refurbished unit from VisualApex earlier this year (sometime around May, IIRC). I've had it in my upstairs HT since, ceiling mounted.
Condition:
Excellent. It has less than 400 hours (see photo below). I have only used the lamp in Eco mode. I have the original packaging, manual, and remote.

I also have a 110" screen that came as a package deal.
If you are interested and near Decatur, AL, I will provide you with the screen for a total price of $750. Shipping this would be quite expensive, I would think, and I can still use the frame if no one local has a use for it.
The unit is still mounted on my ceiling currently but will be taken down and shipped promptly once I find a buyer. I'm leaving it in place right now for those locals who may wish to view it in person.
