I ran into some unexpected wedding expenses and these two fine pieces of gear need to find new homes.
First up is the Sherwood Newcastle R-972 AVR. I bought this from rlw here on the lounge a very short time ago, and he bought it brand new. It has seen very little use, so you are essentially getting a brand new unit. It has Trinnov room correction, which is usually only available on very high priced processors. I found it very easy to set up and use. I'm not looking to make any money on this, just recoup what I put into it. Asking $515 shipped. I live in Oshkosh Wisconsin, so local pickup by anyone in-state or northern Illinois would be welcome. I am willing to drive a couple of hours to meet a buyer for delivery.
Second processor is a UMC-1. It has been sitting unused for the last year and a half. I am the original owner. It works perfectly and looks just like brand new. I have been using an Anthem pre/pro instead due to the excellent room correction. $300 shipped for the UMC.
