EMP E55WI surround speakers used as rears?

Would it be a good idea to use the EMP E55WI surround speakers as my rears? The reason why i ask is because i have the E55ti 5.1 package and would like to add the E55WI surround to make it a 7.1. I don't have walls to my left and right, so i would have to mount my surround speakers to ceiling, so i think that it would make sense to mount the EMP E55WI surrounds to the rear wall, and mount the EMBi speakers to the ceiling using EMP's mounting bracket and then angle them towards the listener and have those be me surround location. Would this sound ok?

I would just add another pair of e5bi's, they are only $225 a pair and I doubt you will notice the difference between them and the bi pole design in a positive way. I have 5.2 and mount my surrounds on the ceiling it works well, I don't like 7. for a few reasons, but also it won't work in my room because of the seating location, but if I did like it and my seating would permit it, I would run bookshelfs for surrounds and rears...
