DVD-A/SACD via HDMI?

Does anyone out there know whether or not a DVD-A or SACD signal can be carried thru an HDMI cable. I know that it will carry a 6 channel Dolby Digital or DTS signal but Im not sure about high resolution audio. Thanks everyone.

Two channel Hi-Res audio only at the present time. The next iteration of the HDMI spec should allow for MCh Hi-Res. The only digital interface I am aware of that carries everything is IEEE1394.
