Hey guys....I've been away for a few years, but I'm back now.
I am looking to upgrade my current subwoofer setup.
My last legitimate setup was a DIY 15" Tempest-X in a ~6.5 cu ft sealed enclosure that was not built well enough, running off a Behringer EP2500.
I am looking to model my next build after the long standing rock solid performace of the SVS PB-12 or the PB-12 Plus.

So, what drivers, amps and ported enclosure designs should I look at?

CSS Trio 12 + SPA500 amp.

Or, if you're really crazy.

I have no clue how passive radiators work...never built an enclosure using them.

Attached is the PDF for the Infinity Reference we chatted about at AVS...

It will run neck to neck with the SVS PB12. And you can build TWO for less than the price of one.

It's easier than a ported build. No folding ports and all that jazz. You just cut holes for the PRs and drivers.

Going a different route now.
Looking to build two small enclosures (max 2.0 cu ft each)
What are my best driver options??
60% FIOS HDTV/movies and Blu-Rays, 40% music....so it needs to have both quality and ample low end.
TIA!
