I recently switched from Cable to Dish Network. I must say that I have been very pleased with my new Dish HD-DVR. Well that was until I came across this article.

I will be mad as hell if Dish looses this court battle. Don't get me wrong I understand where Tivo is coming from somewhat, it just seems to me that Tivo is desperately trying to stay in business. Who is next... all the cable companies? Then Tivo will have really shot themselves in the foot, after they have ticked off millions of people who use a DVR on a day to day basis.
