Denon AVR-X1000 for $300

Today only while supplies last, Amazon has the Denon AVR-X1000 on a Gold Box deal for $300.

Crutchfield has it for the same price, but I don't know if that's a sale. Most people are still charging more, but they're likely trying to reduce stock and get ready for the new models.

I got one on Amazon for $279, but I think it was a very temporary price. They're back up to $449 now.

They were $299 for much of the time since the closeout pricing started on the 2013 models, but price did stay at $279 for a little while...

Picked mine up for $279 on Amazon also! I much prefer the Denon 1712 remote and GUI layout, but that's just me. The 1712 remote had a 'LEVEL' button so you could adjust center and sub (mainly) for different music and movies. For the X1000 that takes much longer. Stupid mistake by Denon if you ask me
