Delay when I plug my computer into my TV

Hey all, I picked up the Samsung UN65F8000 a few months back after my Sony took a dump. A week ago I plugged a computer into it to start using it as a multi media setup. However, I've noticed a significant delay between me moving the mouse and it moving on screen.

It wouldn't be that big of a deal, but I'd like to play games on there as well, and that would be detrimental to the experience. Anyone know why this happens and/or how to fix it?

does that TV have a "game mode"? give that a try, it turns off all video processing to try to reduce video lag.
