Computer randomly waking

What the title says... It inturrupts my sleep because of the fans. Disables the Mouse from waking it but it seems that wasn't the issue. I've made sure it won't wake due to network activity so I don't know what it could be. I don't see a Pattern when it wakes

Couple of ideas to start with. Anything set to auto update? Is disk defrag scheduled in the background?

powercfg –lastwake
said alot... it had something to do with a media center update... makes sense because i recently started using media center again
