Green wire is what I would need to create I only have the wire from loudspeaker ... (red one)

The "booster" you have in your diagram simply an amplifier. How much can you spend on an amplifier, and do you have two speakers or just one?

I have 2 speakers however I'd like to use only one to connect behind cd player or is is possible to sometimes use one and sometimes two?
price for ampflier should be somewhere 20 US$ or less

What about a pair of powered speakers - I would think you could find some inexpensive powered speakers for $20 and save up for an amp down the road.

You aren't going to find a decent amp around $20 that will drive those speakers. Check used, garage sales, etc... Powered speakers would be a better idea because there is another problem - using a headphone amp output from a CD player gives you a very low voltage that doesn't work well to drive most amps.
