I found this vintage tube amp in the basement... and it's seems to be working...
Can you tell me something about it? Could it be any good?







Anyway, it's always fun to find those things :D

The model name is Socora Amplificateur Hi-Fi Stereo 2 x 6W
It's made in Belgium in 1961

5 lampes (2X ECC83, 2X EL84, EZ81). Transfo d'alimentation type 856AST, transfos de sortie type S505S. Puissance 2X 6W, 20Hz - 35kHz (+/- 1dB) souffle -70dB, réglage aigues: -15dB à +10dB @10kHz, réglage graves: -15dB à +10dB @ 50Hz, impédance de sortie: 5Ω, consommation totale 65W. schéma. Vendu en 1961: 2625BEF tout monté ou 1925BEF en version kit.

Sorry, but what did you expect for me to say?
Something among the lines - "Thanks for the effort" This is helpful or I need more info if someone knows this amp better..

Also there is thank button, which could spared you and me all this dialog.

I have couple other suggestions to you - PM TLSguy - he might know something about it and post your question on audiokarma forums where they know a whole deal more about vintage audio.

I hope my post gave you something to go by for start, besides photos.
