Can I use 2 nad 2100 power envelopes with a pioneer elite reciever?

I have come accross a good deal on a 2 identical Nad 2100 Power envelopes. My question is can i use them with my pioneer elite surround reciever? Can i plug them all in together and run my fronts, center and surrounds threw the 2 power amps? Would it be worth it? Any info will help as i am new to seperate amps.

Assuming your receiver has preamp outputs, you can run these NAD amps with it.

But, these will only provide four channels of amplification, not the five you seem to want.

Given my druthers, I'd run the three front channels off the NAD units (leaving one channel free) and use the receiver's internal amps for the rear surrounds.
