Looking for help regarding connecting my Denon 2807 with a Velodyne SPL 1000 R sub.
Which cables would you recommend and also what's the best way to connect - I couldn't figure out which output to use on my denon receiver.
please help
thanks

Any old RCA to RCA cable will work (the Red, White and Yellow audio/video cables). If you want a dedicated subwoofer cable which would have more shielding I would recommend monoprice or bluejeans.

You should run the cable from the sub to cable to the pre-out on the back of your receiver labled SW which looks to be near the top left of your receiver.

There is a group of RCA connections marked "preout" on the back of your unit. Plug your sub into the one marked "SW"

Choose a good shielded cable for your sub, but nothing fancy or expensive. I have one sub that always has a buzz if I use an "el cheapo" cable.
