Hey all, I have an opportunity to buy a ~2002 Paradigm PS1000 sub for $150. I'd be upgrading from my little Fisher, which I think is a 6 or 8 inch speaker. Thoughts? Not sure of exact room dimensions, but I live in a townhouse with an entirely open floor plan, so the living room (where the HT is) has a really high ceiling which opens up to the loft, is open to dining/kitchen, etc.
On the other hand, I could wait and probably afford to spend up to $300 or $400 in the used market.
