Bounce Speakers - How hot to set the level?

I ran YPAO and made the usual adjustments.

As for the Atmos bounce speakers, should I raise their level by a few dB in order to make the sound a bit more prevalent?

Try it with an additional 1-2dB and see you like it like that. Have you spent some time listening to Atmos material to see how it sounds as is?

I ended up using a test tone to set the levels, had to raise my atmos speakers about 2 to 2.5 dB

Can't remember where I read this, but I recall that dolby acknowledges that the setup microphone typically picks ups sound that is not refracted from the ceiling, and erroneously lowers trim beyond optimum. I would assume adjusting manually with a microphone may yield the same result. In my case, I added 1 db boost to both channels, to adjust over time as I listen to more Atmos content.
