Been a while, selling off some gear

I know its been a while, but I have been busy with grad school. I have some basically new gear that is sitting in a closet and I can't see getting around to using it in the near future, so it is time to sell. I believe I have all the original boxes and can ship at the buyers expense. I can also meet up with people in Houston, Austin, or the Dallas areas.

Everything is in like new condition. I am not fully aware of market prices on these things, I haven't kept up. So I will consider reasonable offers. If I am way off, please let me know.

I will also try to include necessary cables etc with the equipment since I have so much laying around.

Behringer DCX2496 - $250
Behringer EP2500 (I believe this is the same as the EP4000) - $275
2x Crown XLS 202 - $200 a piece
Behringer ECM8000 (professionally calibrated with files and paperwork) - $75

2x Bohlender Graebener Neo3 PDRs with machined matching mounting plates - $50 for the pair

2x Dayton RS-150 - $30 for the pair

2x Hi Vi SP10 subwoofers - $275 for the pair (I don't have the original boxes for both of these so shipping might be tough).

The three drivers above were part of a high end speaker build I started too many years ago. The cabinets are complete, and some parts are finished - others are not. If you are local and want the cabinets they are yours. I no longer have a need for them. I can provide technical details if you want to finish the project. All three amps and the DCX were destined for this pair of speakers. Unfortunately, I have to shift my focus to something else.

Right now I don't have pictures, but can provide them or any other pertinent details. Just let me know.

According to Berhringer "The option to use a phantom powered mic such as our ECM8000 in conjunction with the input 'C' on the DCX2496 is designed to be used with the 'Auto Align' function accessible from the SETUP menu of the DCX2496. The DCX2496's 'Auto Align' function produces short bursts of noise from the outputs, and uses a mic connected to the 'C' input to 'listen' to the bursts coming out of the speakers, and automatically attempt to adjust the necessary delay time and polarity reversal if necessary between two or more outputs. The 'C' input cannot be used for a mic input in other applications; the DCX2496 only uses it during the 'Auto Align' process."

I do have a Behringer Xenyx 802 which will properly power the ECM for any other use (along with any other high power headphones) that I can throw in for $30 if you get the microphone. If you the ECM and the EP2500, I'll toss it in for $10.

Yeah, that is what I used. The RS meter is good enough for the low end (with the proper calibration files), but the ECM will be much more accurate across the whole range. You run an XLR to XLR (if I can fit one in the boxes I will include one) from the xynex to the ECM. Then you would also run a cable (I will try to include this as well) from the Xynex Line out to your laptops sound card and it should be good to go. Some of the levels might need to be adjusted, but that's true of any mic.

Using the 2496 properly you will get much better integration between your mains and subs, plus you can more carefully control your speaker/room interaction.

Feel free to PM me if you want to know more or are interested.
